However, Galatasaray displayed the character of a true champion, increasing the pressure in the final minutes to turn the game around with consecutive goals. With this victory reaching 77 points, Galatasaray guaranteed the trophy with one week to spare. Meanwhile, the relegation of Karagümrük and Kayserispor served as a poignant reminder of the dramatic nature of this game.
